Before you ask I am STILL off Facebook. This was particularly challenging over the past weekend because the high winds knocked the Sky TV off, meaning I had no telly to distract me either! I ended up watching six movies and the entire first season of Game of Thrones on my laptop AND I read the latest Bridget Jones book (which actually came out 3 years ago!)

But this weekend is a different ballgame. I won’t be in the least bit bored because I’m heading back home to Northern Ireland to co-teach the Calm Soles course for Calm Confident Kids.

This course has been designed as CPD (Continuing Professional Development) for Reflexologists who want to apply their reflexology skills to massaging babies and children up to the age of 5.

The reflexologists can then go on to lead classes to teach parents and their 0-5’s how to use reflexology techniques for calming and soothing, stimulating digestive system or helping with common ailments.

Have a quick look at my colleague Elaine in action:

We have been working hard on this course and are thrilled that it was fully accredited by the FHT (Federation of Holistic Therapists) in 2015. This is a comprehensive course with the added value of a take home video so you get the full benefit of the training again and again!

So, even though it’s very late notice, if you wish to join us on Sat & Sun in Maghera then please email training@calmconfidentkids.co.uk and we’ll try to squeeze you in!

Hugs,

Victoria
