It is Sunday today and I was trying to have a bit of an electronic detox. So I didn’t go on my laptop until just now which is why this post is late! I also didn’t use any DVDs or online videos and instead did a strange standing sequence which incorporated utkatasana and uttanasana and some breathing with arm movements.
