Those of you who do yoga regularly would be familiar with Surya Namaskar or Sun Salutations. You might even have done a few with me! But were you aware that there is a Chandra Namaskar or Moon Salutation?
I showed this to the Yoga Teachers at their last training weekend and they loved it for its grounding qualities. So I thought you might want to give it a go yourself, especially as the Full Moon is tomorrow.
If you practice Moon Salutations in the evening you can restore balance and peace throughout your body and mind, especially on days when you’re feeling overstimulated or even overheated. (Chance would be a fine thing!)
