I am SO excited! I have been working hard all weekend to finesse the hour-long Stretch Barre Method class for our first class tonight at 6.30pm.

barre plieThe class itself is a unique combination of Yoga, Pilates and Ballet Barre exercises to help you tighten and tone your body like never before!

The Stretch Barre Method course is 5 weeks long and will progress each week through the exercises so that each week is a challenge. Once you have completed your first 5-week course you will be familiar with the structure of the class but there are more challenges to come! Different Yoga, Pilates and Barre moves will be explored in more detail and this makes the class always feel exciting and new!

If you are interested in learning face-to-face come along the Stretch Scotland Studio (6 Brunton Street, Muirend, Glasgow) tonight at 6.30pm or tomorrow at 11am or Wednesday with Carole at 6.30pm. If you can’t make it to Glasgow, you can learn with me via Skype so email me HERE to set that up.
