I have been suffereing from all sorts of aches and pains this summer and it has made my teaching difficult and my own yoga practice impossible! I tore the rotator cuff in my left shoulder which meant NO yoga at all for 3 weeks. This may have been bad but thankfully it was during the week of 12th July so all my classes were shut down and it meant that I was able to lie up and let it heal.

I did however, make the decision to put my Flow Yoga classes on hold for the remainder of the summer as I am not strong enough to lead the classes or properly demonstrate postures. So, if you were desperate to up the ante in your practice you will have to wait until September at the earliest!
