I am Victoria Cunningham and I’m the Founder of StretchBodyMind.
I’ve been featured in OM Yoga Magazine, YogaMatters.com, Teach.Yoga, BadYogi.com and been chosen as a Trainer for Yoga Alliance Professionals Training Academy and the OM Yoga Show.
And this year I’m on a one-woman mission to not be a one-woman business anymore!
Last year I worked with Apprentices. This year I’m going to bring Masters into StretchBodyMind!
I’m looking for just 3 more women to become my Master Trainers.
Could one of them be you?
Are you a Yoga Teacher who is sick of running to classes every single night and trading time for money? Someone who wants to skill up and expand your business? Someone who longs for collaboration, rather than competition?
How would you like to start offering 200-hour Yoga Teacher Training courses while being supported by me and a Mastermind group? Courses that are done-for-you but still have room for you to add your individual flavour to them? All of the administration and accreditation headaches dealt with by me, leaving you free to focus on your students?
The StretchBodyMind Master Trainer programme gives you:
- an intensive training week in a luxurious venue in Scotland where we learn about the StretchBodyMind Yoga Teacher Training course and how to run it
- the license to deliver 9-month Yoga Teacher Training programme(s) in 2018/2019
- accreditation with Yoga Alliance Professionals as a 200-hour course AND Active IQ as a Level 3 Diploma in Teaching Yoga
- all registration of students done for you
- all student assessments done for you
- all printed student manuals provided
- all LAPs (Learner Achievement Portfolio) supplied
- Master Trainer manual with curriculum notes/lesson plans provided
- Powerpoint presentations for lectures
- a CD of Sanskrit pronunciation and mantra recitation for you to share with your students
- a dedicated page on the StretchBodyMind.com website
- sales copy for use on your own website/social media outlets
- a StretchBodyMind YTT roller banner for your venue
- 2 StretchBodyMind Master Trainer T-shirts!
In addition to this, we have a monthly Zoom call with all Master Trainers so that you can become a mastermind for each other and support each other in delivering your own YTT courses.
I will also work with you individually to develop your training skills (such as gain Senior Yoga Teacher status or complete an Education & Training Award). Part of this support is by means of a monthly coaching call and I will also personally attend your YTT course at least once during the 9-month delivery period.
Your initial Master Trainer fee of £2575 incorporates the intensive business training week, a uniform, a marketing launch pack (flyers, posters, banner, stickers, business cards) and equipment (student manuals, a Master Trainer manual and LAPs – Learner Achievement Portfolios).
This is followed by a year of Mastermind and personal support at £75 per month. This fee includes an exclusive licence to use the StretchBodyMind name and brand within your awarded territory as well as access to all the StretchBodyMind manuals, operating procedures, training and marketing materials and having your courses listed on the StretchBodyMind website and advertised on all StretchBodyMind’s social media outlets.
A deposit of £1000 must be paid to secure your place on the programme before our intensive training week which is scheduled for 19 – 23 March 2018.
Pay your deposit in the StretchBodyMind Bank Account by going to A/C 74967726 and Sort Code 09-01-27 and paying £1000. Alternatively, you can pay off the entire £3475 fee.
You will also pay a 20% administration fee for each course you run which incorporates the registration and assessment of all students. This is paid during each course.
There will also be a separate £250 per weekend fee when I, or another trainer, attends your course to teach. You may be able to waive this fee by attending someone else’s course as a trainer in exchange.
The license fee has been kept deliberately low for the first year of the programme and it means that you just need to recruit 1 student to cover the cost of your initial fee. This assumes that each student pays £2500 for their training.
If you are based in NI you may want to reduce the cost of the training in line with other local providers. However, my recent research has shown that NI YTT courses are now in the region of £1750 (Yoga Ireland); £2100-£2500 (Abyhasa Yoga) and £2450 (Santosha) so I do not think that £2500 is unreasonable to ask.
You need to have a minimum of 4 students to run a course and I want you to cap the numbers at 12 people to ensure a high quality of training and plenty of individual support from you for each student.
Below are the costings for a YTT course including your initial fee, your administration fee and venue hire as well as the profit you stand to gain written in bold.
